How Much Will My Dental Visit Cost?

When it comes to oral care, the cost of each cleaning and treatment plan is a big factor for every patient. That’s why at Willow Spring Family Dentistry, we want to ensure that our patients have all the information about their care, including how much it will cost upfront.

While we are doctors, we are also mothers, fathers, sons and daughters. We understand how important it is for you to know the anticipated costs before your procedure is scheduled.

It’s our job to ensure that you don’t ever walk out of our offices feeling like you weren’t prepared to handle any associated fees. Our team works hard, every day, to handle all the insurance filings on your behalf. Before any treatment, we verify with your insurance and see what the coverage is for basic treatments, like regular cleanings as well as other, more complex, procedures.

So, how much will your annual visit with us cost?

How much you’ll pay for teeth cleaning and other dental care varies depending on multiple factors, like what kind of insurance coverage you and your family have. But, here’s what you can expect from regular teeth cleanings based on different scenarios:

Zero dental insurance

$80-$100

There’s a lot of work that goes into regular teeth cleanings between the hygienist’s time and sterilized instruments, so without coverage, it’s going to cost a decent amount. However, we do have payment plans that we would be more than happy to talk to you about!

With dental insurance

$0*

Dental cleanings are considered preventative care, so most plans cover them at little or no cost.

*But, remember to check your coverage and make sure that’s the case because insurance plans do vary.

When it comes to major dental procedures, it’s tough to predict how much the cost will be, as each patient and insurance policy is different. But, keeping that in mind, once the treatment plan is created, we always double check with the insurance and patient payment portion before the procedure is scheduled.

At Willow Spring Family Dentistry, we strive to take care of people, not just teeth. Our goal is to give our patients a healthy smile while providing great care, which means we’re as transparent as possible with you on how much a given procedure will cost you.

Our patients are family; if you’re looking for a friendly and positive environment to keep your smile healthy and bright, contact our team today.
